ONCE I ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECIEVE MY HAIR?
You will receive your order within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days.
WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?
Co-washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co -washing, is often considered very good for curly hair. Co- washing consists of cleansing the hair with a MOISTURIZING conditioner.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED TO ORDER?
For a full sew in weave we recommend buying 2-3 packs of hair. For hair over 16", we recommend ordering 3-4 packs of hair. The main rule: Longer hair equals shorter weft width.
Also, take into consideration that the number of bundles needed also depends on the style and volume desired. For example, if you want a celebrity weave with a lot of volume and layers you will need 3 to 4 bundles of hair.
CAN MY HAIR BE COLORED/DYED?
YES, you can color our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin hair and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.
However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your virgin hair.
CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?
YES, this is 100% Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Note - The hair may lose some of the curl patter with constant blow drying.)
DOES THE HAIR SHED, TANGLE OR MAT?
You should expect to experience little to no shedding. With proper care the hair does not tangle nor mat. (Fray Check is a good product to seal your wefts). Avoid cutting your wefts. If the wefts are cut it can cause shedding.
WHAT ARE GOOD PRODUCTS TO USE?
Treat your extensions as if they are your own and use good quality products. A few good products are Herbal Essence, Tre'semme, Pantene, One & Only and Organix. Try to stay away from products with Sulfate and Alcohol Ingredients
